He has successfully led cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, reducing failure rates and driving significant cost savings for clients across the energy industry. A published author and seasoned presenter, Brian’s keen insights into optimizing production processes have established him as a trusted voice in engineering and manufacturing circles. He holds a BS in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is passionate about leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance operational excellence.

With over 30 years of expertise in the upstream oil and gas (O&G) industry, he has significantly contributed to the field, especially in production optimization, automation, artificial lift, and hydraulic fracturing.

He has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), product development, and commercialization. Guillotte's ability to turn around financial and operational reorganizations and align business strategies with organizational vision is particularly notable.
